Gender Pay Gap Report at FAAC Electronics Ireland

FAAC Electronics Ireland

Gender Pay Gap: Our Commitment to Fair Opportunity

At FAAC Electronics Limited, we believe that diverse, inclusive teams create better ideas, better products and better results. One important way we support this is by openly looking at our Gender Pay Gap – the difference in the average hourly pay of all women and all men across our business, not just those in similar roles or with similar experience.

This is different from equal pay (paying people the same for the same job). The Gender Pay Gap helps us see whether women and men are equally represented at every level of the organisation – from entry roles to leadership.

In 2025, we are publishing our Gender Pay Gap report for the first time, based on a snapshot date of 30 June 2025, covering all relevant employees of FAAC Electronics Limited in the Republic of Ireland.

For us, this isn’t just a legal requirement – it’s an opportunity. By understanding where gaps exist, we can:

  • Attract and retain the best talent,

  • Support career progression for everyone, and

  • Build a culture where contributions are valued and recognised fairly.

At FAAC Electronics Limited we are fully committed to implementing concrete, measurable actions to narrow and ultimately bridge this gap over time.
